Courier partners generally attempt delivery at least two times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please record a complete 360° parcel opening video before opening the package.

Any damage-related concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the parcel opening video.

Claims submitted without proper video proof may not be eligible for review.
