• Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

• Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

• From time to time, JS Boutique may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

• You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Guidelines

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the delivery address and contact number.

• Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.

• Courier partners generally attempt delivery at least two times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please record a complete 360° parcel opening video before opening the package.

• Any damage-related concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the parcel opening video.

• Claims submitted without proper video proof may not be eligible for review.

7. Service Locations

• Currently, JS Boutique ships only within India.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
