No Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products once an order has been delivered.

  • Every product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Damaged Product Claims

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product:

  • A clear and uninterrupted 360° parcel opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video and claim details must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Upon successful verification of the claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit equivalent to the product value.

Claim Requirements

To process a damage claim, the following are mandatory:

  • Original parcel opening video

  • Order details

  • Clear evidence of the damaged product

Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit:

  • Claims submitted without a valid parcel opening video.

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, alteration, or wear and tear after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color due to photography, lighting, or screen display settings.
