• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take a few extra days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and contact number to avoid delays.

• The courier company will attempt delivery at least two times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged Packages

• If your package appears damaged on arrival, please record a 360° parcel opening video before unboxing.

• Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the video proof for replacement consideration.
