No Return & Refund

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any orders.

  • Products are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.

Damaged Product Policy

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must record a 360° parcel opening video showing the damage clearly.

  • The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Exclusions

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery will not be covered.
